Recovery for Optimal Performance: A Seminar by Actxa

We are delighted to invite you to a complimentary evening panel discussion on How To Boost Your Recovery For Optimal Performance.

Rest and recovery are not the same thing. Rest is defined as ceasing work or movement in order to relax, sleep or recover strength; whereas recovery is defined as re-energizing and bouncing back, returning to a normal state of health, mind and strength. Rest and recovery can be mutually exclusive, and what that means is when you are resting or sleeping, it does not automatically mean that you are recovering! Moreover, what helps one person to recover does not necessarily work for another, and vice versa.

Join us at a panel discussion with Jon Fong, Lead Sports Scientist at Morph Performance and Head Coach of Adidas Runners Singapore, Francesco Gatti, Head of Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment at Actxa, and Dr. Yue Weng Cheu, Clinical Director of DP Dental (Kovan and Orchard). The discussion will be moderated by Alex Loh, Co-Founder of Biohackers Inc Singapore.

Be prepared to be in for a treat as these expert panelists explore the differences between rest and recovery, and share about how to personalize recovery for you as an individual, as they deep-dive into best practical strategies to improve health and performance through the awareness and enhancement of recovery.
